Martha L. Santamaria has focused the majority of her career in Women’s Health. She has fourteen years of experience in the area of Obstetrics and Gynecology and three years in the Aesthetic and Laser industry as well.
She started in 1982 as a Registered nurse, working in different modalities of the Nursing field, and received her Bachelor’s of science degree in Queens, New York, on 1987. She continued her education and obtained her Master’s of Science in nursing degree with her Prenatal Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Certification in 1994 from the State University at Stony Brook New York. Martha relocated to McKinney, Texas with her children, husband and closed relatives in 1999.
She has been a clinical preceptor for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Medical students from several Universities in New York and Dallas, Texas. She thoroughly enjoys caring and working together with women and their families as a partner, to provide the necessary knowledge and encouragement needed in making informed decisions regarding their health and wellbeing. She is bilingual, fluent in Spanish.
